Service Description

My mentorship program is designed to provide personalized guidance based on where you are in your doula journey. Before beginning mentorship, you will complete an intake form that allows me to better understand your experience, goals, challenges, and the areas where you would like additional support. Mentorship is tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Personalized Mentorship Sessions Individual mentorship sessions are 2 hours and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your session will be customized based on your intake form and may include business development, pricing and packages, client care, consultations, birth and postpartum support, navigating client situations, documentation, marketing, holistic support, or other areas relevant to your doula journey. Ongoing Mentorship Ongoing mentorship includes two 90-minute private mentorship sessions each month, along with limited between-session message support for brief questions, guidance, and check-ins. Ongoing mentorship begins with a 3-month commitment. After the initial 3 months, mentorship may continue on a month-to-month basis. Between-session support is intended for questions that can reasonably be answered through a brief message or voice note. Topics requiring extensive discussion, document review, strategy development, or in-depth guidance may be reserved for your scheduled mentorship session.
