Meet Edrina!

I’m Edrina Gilbert, the heart and hands behind Let’s Doula This Baby LLC. I’m a full-spectrum doula, herbalist, and womb wellness guide! But at my core, I’m a woman who has moved through her own seasons of loss, healing, rebirth, and purpose.

A proud military spouse and mother of two, I carry my southern roots from South Carolina into every space I enter.

My journey into birth work started from a deeply personal place. Becoming a doula was my way of transforming pain into purpose. Showing up for women the way I needed someone to show up for me. I made a promise to offer the emotional, physical, and informational support that every mother deserves but doesn’t always receive.

Through my services; from doula care and placenta encapsulation to herbal teas, oils, and womb remedies.  I create soft, safe spaces for mothers to rest, recover, and rise.

I believe birth is more than a medical event; it is a sacred rite of passage. My role is to protect that passage, advocate for your choices, and nurture you with compassion, grounding, and presence.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me blending herbs, teaching workshops, or mentoring the next wave of birth workers. Everything I do is rooted in intention, community, and the belief that every woman deserves gentle, empowered care.
